Born in Italy in 1938 and living abroad since his 40s, he carries within him the echoes of a land shaped by war and resilience. The rolling hills, the cypress trees standing like sentinels of time, the warm embrace of a solitary house—these are not just places, but feelings, fragments of memories, perhaps never lived, yet somehow known intimately. These are landscapes both real and imagined, a vision of the past painted not as it was, but as the heart longs for it to be.
